Fabrication Classes
Genny-U
For the winter season we will be offering:
Woodshop 101, Wednesdays at 6pm
Metalshop 101 on a request basis (for members only, email ski@therenogenerator.com)
WoodShop and MetalShop classes are available to anyone who has a Generator Small Shop or Generator Fabrication Shop Membership
Learn how to use our specific tools, equipment and software within the fab shops in ‘Genny-U’, our multiphase curriculum designed to teach you all the steps to take on your own projects.
Whether you're a seasoned maker or just starting out, Genny-U:101 classes are your gateway to The Generator Fab Shops. After completing the class, you'll be eligible for to test for independent use of the equipment with a Fabrication Membership or a 'Fabshop Day Pass' for $10.
We provide all necessary safety gear, materials, and consumables.

Interested in doing a workshop as a group with your team, family or as an organization? Group art workshops are a great way to bond with your team or group, learn a new skill, and have some fun!
The Generator can accommodate these discounted workshops for groups of 7+ attendees who want to get their hands moving and make some art! Whether you're looking to create something beautiful or just want to have a good time, our group art workshops are perfect for you. Price dependant on number of attendees and workshop picked.
