Mary Ortega
Mary Ortega (she/her) is an activist, a parent to children and animals, a co-owner to EQLD Creations (tattoo and art gallery), a director in a non-profit organization (the Reno Initiative for Shelter and Equality), and a fiber arts hobbyist. When she isn’t working or caring for her family and business, she is most likely to be found in a gas station listening to an employee pouring their heart and soul out to her, or camping out at her and her husband’s property at Dead Cow Playa where she claims there are less culturally appropriative hippies. If you see her at the Generator, feel free to say hi and prepare to accidentally tell your life story to her and receive a hug afterward!
