Generate! The Zine: Home // Summer 2021

Our third community zine in the Generate! series focuses on the theme HOME. It includes work from Reno/Sparks local artists from many different backgrounds. This 32-page zine is printed on high quality glossy paper in full color. It’s 8.5 x 11.

More information about the zine project: Each quarter we do a call for art and all are welcome to submit their work. Our program assistant and zine editor Ray Frost compiles all of the offerings into the zine and then we translate it into Spanish so it’s a bilingual zine. We print locally at Sindex and then host a free zine release party at various locations around Reno/Sparks.

We usually have 40ish artists contribute from all over the world.

This project is supported by a grant from the City of Reno Arts and Culture Commission.

This edition of the zine was themed around Home. The zine was created in July 2021 and compiled and printed in August 2021.
